Brenden was amazing from start to finish. Also Johnny his sales mgr, Jacob (finance) who took a lot of time ..and Sebastian assisted. They all possessed the same qualities and made it seamless. I also want to mention Joe since he was an interface and relayed my messages which I received call backs. We have dealt with their excellent service.dept for.many years. Corey has been our service tech and is honest as well as knowledgeable ‼️ I have another Honda with over 180k plus miles and will buy from Faulkner again‼️ Thank you for your excellent customer service and care that we were given every step of the way.
