My vehicle was in for a recall and when we left the dealer after the work was done, we had a head light and 2 brake lights out(they were working when we dropped the Pilot off).I called the next day and dealer after the work was done, we had a head light and 2 brake lights out(they were working when we dropped the Pilot off).I called the next day and waited on hold for 25 minutes beforw I got the service department to pick up my call. The lady who answered was abrupt and rude. She said to bring the Pilot back in the and they would check on it. I tols her I had to work, this was Saturday, she said bring it in Monday. Monday Morning I go into service, with my two kids in tow, and the service rep was rude as well. Telling me it was probaly the bulbs are and and I would have tp wait two hours. I said to him the lady I spoke to said you would put in throught the express servcie. He did not seem interested or that he cared. I siad to him, "you know they worked when we brpught them in before the work was done and now they do not work.do you think that is strange." to wich he replied "NO". I was so frustrated at this point that I asked for a manager. He said nothing and just pointed over to an office door where the service manager was sitting. I went over told him the story and he did give me attention and looked into it. he showed me papaerwork that the mechanic wrote the bulbs were out, but the service guy who called my wife never relayed that information. He said they could replace the bulbs but it would be a 2 hour or so wait. I told him with the kids I could not wait. BOTTOM LINE THEY LET FAMILY LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP TWICE WITH AN UNSAFE VEHICLE(NO BRAKE LIGHTS). I went to local auto store bought the bulbs and did the work myself, IT TOOK ME 12 MINUTES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! More

Hello my name is Kent Reppert I brought my friend Larissa Hoffmans 2006 Honda Pilot in to Keenan on 12/19/2012 for service And repairs . This is the second time using their service department. Each time I spoke with Michael Tidd , and I felt he was very professional and listened to my concerns and needs for service . Michael , explained any of the problems there were with the vehicle and any new service that was needed. At no time have I felt like I was getting the run around or hard sell. The work was timely and a fair price was charged. I would highly recommend Keenan Honda and the good job by their service department . If I had my own business I would offer Michael Tdd a job in a minute. I've been around a long time , and had a few bad experiences with dealing with other Car Dealerships . Great experience at Keenan Honda. Our salesman, Andrew was excellent. I contacted the dealership via Internet and submitted my credit application online to speed up the process. Told Andrew that we did was excellent. I contacted the dealership via Internet and submitted my credit application online to speed up the process. Told Andrew that we did not want to spend all day on paperwork. We were in and out with a new Honda Odyssey in little over 1 hour. We spent about 50 minutes with Andrew as he showed my wife the different features on the car and about 15 minutes with the finance manager. Andrew delivered as promised . Would definitely return again for another Honda....too bad my Chevy Cobalt is still in good condition. More
I found a large selection of new Hondas upon visiting Keenan's website with thorough descriptions of each car and options and accessories. My wife and I were met at the door to the showrooom by Peter Fu Keenan's website with thorough descriptions of each car and options and accessories. My wife and I were met at the door to the showrooom by Peter Fuhrmann who greeted us with a warm friendly smile and asked us if we would like some coffee or tea. Only after that question did he ask what he could do for us. We were looking for a new CRV. Peter immediately took us to the CRV in the showroom and began explaining the features. The test drive that followed included driving on city street, highway, rough road and offroad. After that test drive, I felt confident that the CRV was the right vehicle for my family. Returning to Peter's office, we selected colors and options, and the car was offered to us at a very reasonable price. When I returned to pick up the car the next week, it was fully ready and checked out. Peter spent another two hours with me providing all the paperwork, option for added warrantee and the fine details of my new car's features. I had another question that I thought of after arriving at home and I texted Peter. Peter called me back right away and answered my question. I recommend Keenan Honda and Peter Fuhrmann without reservation. More
I went to Keenan Honda on Saturday, Nov. 17 to buy a car and was directed to salesperson Eric Mumma to talk to about the vehicle I was interested in: a Honda CR-V. Eric was polite and friendly, and answe and was directed to salesperson Eric Mumma to talk to about the vehicle I was interested in: a Honda CR-V. Eric was polite and friendly, and answered all of my questions with obvious and detailed knowledge about Honda products. Eric made the test drive experience a pleasant one and didn't force on me unnecessary (for me) accessories: example, insisting I get a rear entertainment DVD system when I made clear that I didn't want or need one. Same with satellite radio. I ended up buying the vehicle I test drove and I have to say that of the five times in life when I have bought a vehicle, my experience with Eric and Keenan Honda was the best I've ever had for buying a vehicle. I didn't feel mistreated, talked down to or disrespected in any way (I did with my previous four purchases, none of which were at Keenan or were for Hondas), and I felt very much like we were having a conversation. I hope not to have to buy another car for a long time but when that time comes, I will definitely go to Keenan Honda and, hopefully, Eric. I've already recommended both to a colleague of mine who's car-shopping. More
WE CAN'T SEE THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE UNTIL YOU RUN INTO THEM. we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and love the fact that they USED to be so on point with everythng they do. but not until INTO THEM. we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and love the fact that they USED to be so on point with everythng they do. but not until you run into a bit of a problem with our third car. we haved purchased this car begining of Sept. of this year 3 days later we have noticed that our bluetooth wasn't working, so I called my saleman up told him about it. my saleman said " I checked with my service mananger, you can either bring it to us to fix it or you can go to any dealer to get it fix at no charge" like everryone else we do have a busy schedule didn't get an appointment until 2 days ago. another dealer happen to find out that this bluetooth is not cover for the warranty. Not to mention we got charged with another dealer for just bringing the car in to get it check out. We called our saleman back he said everything will be cover and that I should make an appointment to come in at Keenan to get it fix. we called back about a couple of minutes later to make an appointment with Keenan, Keenan now said oh no we don't fix that here you have to go to the another dealer. A day went by we didn't get anything done. Today I left my saleman 2 messages still didn't get a call back. Another day had gone by and here we stand no response nor taking any kind of responsiblity.... I think the next step would be Us VS. Keenan in the court.
