I went in for a recall service and was greeted politely. Cory was helpful as we talked through the recall, the specifics, and the other services I was interested in. While I waited I used the wifi they have for customers, and a salesperson saw that I was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area with my laptop and other work files around me. He suggested I come up front to the showroom and use one of their empty desks - very thoughtful. As I sat there I observed the employees and everyone seemed to get along well, to be happy, and interested in helping customers. When my car was done Cory noted that my inspection was needed in a few months and that it would only take another 30 minutes to do that as well. Since I was made so comfortable I agreed and continued working productively at the desk. All in all, the service department did a great job for me and I'll definitely come back. I'll consider a purchase from there in the future as well. More

They were just little scraps but they bothered me. So he took my car after the oilchange which was done in a Timely Manor. To the Detail Guys in there shop and asked if they could do anything about the damage.They said not a problum Josh. I was completely satisfied with the work they performed on my car. Upon the advice of our mechanic, my husband and I decided that the Honda Accord was most likely going to be our next new car purchase. We decided to take a Camry for a drive just to confirm our decision and there was no comparison. Jerry made our purchase a simple one, helping narrow down the model that best fit our needs and called us as soon as that model arrived at the dealership. Everything from the financing, paperwork to the conclusion of the sale was a breeze. It had been a while since we purchased a new car but we were amazed at the streamlined process that made our purchase painless.
