Andrew was very helpful in answering all of our questions and treated us respectfully. At no point during the 2 hours we spent test driving and exploring vehicle options did we ever feel pressured to make a buying decision and we never experienced any "games" that dealers typically play at an initial visit. I went in for a recall service and was greeted politely. Cory was helpful as we talked through the recall, the specifics, and the other services I was interested in. While I waited I used the wifi they have for customers, and a salesperson saw that I was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area with my laptop and other work files around me. He suggested I come up front to the showroom and use one of their empty desks - very thoughtful. As I sat there I observed the employees and everyone seemed to get along well, to be happy, and interested in helping customers. When my car was done Cory noted that my inspection was needed in a few months and that it would only take another 30 minutes to do that as well. Since I was made so comfortable I agreed and continued working productively at the desk. All in all, the service department did a great job for me and I'll definitely come back. I'll consider a purchase from there in the future as well. More
