I did lot of homework, original I think is Toyota Sienna, but Toyota Dealer is too greasy and attitud and push me toward Honda. We talked about financing and left with the car the same day. Went to replace a Honda CR-V this past week and had a excellent experience. My husband and I have purchased cars previously at this dealership and had high expectations which were met. All of the personnel at the dealership are not only friendly but do an excellent job. My last car was purchased from Andy in 2010 and he did a wonderful job at that time. This time, I used the USAA buying service and the price at the dealership was even lower than the USAA quote. The dealership contacted us immediately thru the internet with the price quote for the new CR-V. On Tuesday when we went to the dealership to look at the cars, the prices and financing rates from Honda financing were so good, that my husband traded in his 2008 Honda Accord for a new 2011 model. The paperwork was completed quickly by Andy and Steve and we drove home in my husband's new car. I was looking for a certain model CR-V with the navigational system and Andy was a miracle worker as he found the car that I wanted in a few days. We went back into the dealership on Saturday, April 30 to pick up my car. It was the end of the month which can be hectic, but it only took a short time to sign the paperwork and get the financing in order. Andy and Steve had all of the paperwork prepared and the car was ready to go. It was a busy day for them and the rest of the staff but it was all done efficiently. Andy also made sure that we met Mark Lenny who was the contact for the USAA price quote and oversees the floor. I also watched the detail staff getting different cars out front ready for pick up. Everyone was working hard. We are happy with our two new car purchases. I will continue to recommend Keenan and the Honda brand to my friends. More
