We were helped by Cindy Carr who couldn't do enough for us...she was great...the parts person, Jim Attrill was extremely helpful as well...We decided on the pilot because it was roomier than we had thought...we took a test drive and loved the quiet, secure feeling you had in the vehicle and also how comfortable the seats were...cindy was very professional, she answered all our questions and was very thorough in her approach...she and the finance person ( sorry, I forgot his name ) were very helpful and we were very satisfied with the final price and termss...I would recommend Keenan completely...thanks...al and chris wert. I was contacted bc of an internet request. While Keenan wouldn't bargain, the car was reasonably priced. Glenn was excellent- informative, helpful and not pushy. Mike Mumma helped me look at the car that caught my interest as well as a few others I was considering. I was very interested in driving a few different models of Honda's to see if any other model besides the Accord would spark an interest. Mike was very helpful and low pressure. I ended up getting a used 2010 Honda Accord V6 with Navigation. I love the car. My first night there I was unable to reach a deal, but when I returned the second night the Used Car manager (Alex) took the bull by the horns and helped make a deal on the car of my choice. Alex knew that I was serious about the car and we worked together negotiating the final price. The following night Steve in Finance helped to deliver my new auto. Steve did a nice job and made me feel comfortable with the financial aspect of buying the car. All three of the individuals listed in review were pleasant, professional, and knowledgable with each of their respective positions. I hope that my initial experience is a sign of things to come. Both Andrew and Mark were very helpful in selecting the Honda we got. They were very friendly and offered us a great price for the Honda Accord EX-L-NAV. It was great experience to work with Eric Mumma. He got response immediately when I called into the dealership and began to help us right away. I bought such hot sale minivan Odyssey with great color and price within 4 hours. I did lot of homework, original I think is Toyota Sienna, but Toyota Dealer is too greasy and attitud and push me toward Honda. We talked about financing and left with the car the same day.
