If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I drove quite a distance to buy from Pat (salesman) because he was extremely easy to work with over the phone and seemed eager/ grateful for my business. The F&I manager (Steve) was thorough (yet low pressure) about the extended warrantee options. (I did purchase the extended BTW). The physical dealership building is so nice (former Mercedes dealer), complete with a Honda "museum" upstairs, and was blown away by the service reception area (that doubles as a High School Prom venue)! You'll think you're in downtown Disney. I am THRILLED with my new CRV and strangely looking forward to sitting by the fireplace in the service waiting area. Apparently my car will get washed when I bring it in for service which is just another bonus offered by Keenan!! More

My experience at Keenan Honda in Doylestown was excellent all around. The dealership is in a beautiful building and the design is very nice inside. The staff are all very friendly - when I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk and referred to work with Mitch in Sales. Mitch was a pleasure to work with. I explained to him how I was looking at mid-size SUVs at several makers/dealerships, and he understood right away what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had a very nice time test driving the new 2021 Honda CRV. Mitch was very thorough in explaining everything about the CRV and also spent some quality time chatting with me and my Dad. After the test drive, the Honda CRV was near the top of my list as far as choices go. Even still, I was very relieved and comforted in the way Mitch took the pressure out of the buying situation, as I was still undecided at the time. Before I left on the first day, I was quoted a very good price with a great discount, with Mitch telling me he’s always available to answer more questions and also wishing me luck on my car search. Later, when I was quoted a slightly better price at another Honda dealership, when I called at Keenan, Mitch was able to secure that same price for me that the other dealership offered. Once getting that new price, it was a very easy decision to go with Keenan, as Keenan was the nicest dealership I had been to, now with the best price for me. I am so glad that they worked with me. I am very happy with my new Honda CRV, including the driving experience, the color, and how great it looks and feels inside. During the buying process, I was shown the service department and told I could come by while my car is getting serviced to chat with Mitch whenever I am there. I’m definitely looking forward to any time I need to go back there. More

Great experience! This is the 4th vehicle I’ve leased from Keenan and have had a good experience each time. Eric Nyce was pretty swamped with customers when I came in, but he made sure I was taken care o from Keenan and have had a good experience each time. Eric Nyce was pretty swamped with customers when I came in, but he made sure I was taken care of and somehow juggled me in to get me out of my lease (1 year early!) and hook our family up with a much needed Odyssey! Eric Nyce was absolutely fabulous! He was kind, helpful, and was not pushy at all. Eric, the salesperson who assisted me, was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain the diffe couple of weeks ago. We are a Honda family! There has been at least one Honda vehicle parked in our driveway for the last 20 years . Recently we leased a CRV and A Passport. Our salesman was Eric Nyce. He was very easy to work with and did not push us into any type of deal that we weren’t comfortable with. We also worked with Ashley, a sales manager. She was able to answer a few financial questions we had. Our son and daughter also purchased cars here and had an excellent experience.
