I had an excellent experience with this dealership, minus a minor hiccup at the beginning. I made an appointment to see a vehicle. When I arrived, it took more than a minute or two before I was greeted by anyone, which is odd for any dealership. Then I learned that the person who I was supposed to see wasn't even there. They set me up with someone different, and it was smooth sailing from there. George V. is a great sales consultant, and very knowledgeable in the operation and handling of the vehicles. I was specificalyl there to see a CR-V, and he took a lot of time to explain everything to me, what the advantages and disadvantages were, and to demonstrate several of the safety features of the car. He was responsive via text, phone AND email, and kept me informed throughout the process. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, George made sure that all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted so that when I arrived to pick up the car, things went as quickly as possible. Steve in Finance was also very helpful, and explained each item I was signing clearly and concisely. He walked me through the different extended warranty options to make sure I selected the right one for me. I would absolutely recommend Keenan Honda and George V to friends and family without hesitation. More
