Since Calagero was new to Keenan Honda I can’t give him a full rating. He did not understand how certain features worked. Since I set up an appointment with Keenan to preview the Pilot and Odyssey, I was a full rating. He did not understand how certain features worked. Since I set up an appointment with Keenan to preview the Pilot and Odyssey, I was a bit disappointed they did not have someone more familiar helping me. One of the managers, Kyle Tatro had to help out. However Calagero worked very hard to learn the features while I was there and was very attentive and nice to deal with. I’m sure with more time he will be a valuable sales person for them. For the dealership, I did not like the automatic inclusion of mud flaps, cargo mat, floor mats and wheel locks to the price of the car. I would not have wanted them and negotiated the price with them included after I was told that they couldn’t be removed. Other than that, they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. More
