Upon arrival Mitch had a car lined up that he felt fit my needs best. He showed me all the ins and outs of the car and we went for a test drive. Before quoting me he made sure it was exactly what I was looking for and even gave me a lower model and a higher model for comparison. Not once did I feel pressured into leaving with a car right that second like I felt in the past with Mazda. He gave me a great deal and even called a couple days after to follow up. We didn’t expect that they could, or would do anything, but Mitch had been so approachable that we thought we’d check.
