Had to wait 80 minutes until my oil change was even started on my vehicle. Not sure why they would have me make an appointment for 12 noon when they couldn’t even work on my vehicle until 1:20. Had an appointment to see a pathfinder that they had already sold & did not let me know. I was going to look at a treverse next door at Volkswagen, so Jake went & brought it over. I loved it. We did our negotiating & when it was all said & done they tell me they don't have the title it's in another state & I would have to wait for it. I waited 4 weeks. Scheduled to do all the paperwork @ 12:30 on a Saturday & we finally got started at 3:00. To say the least we were not happy. I do have to say Jake kept apologizing & Kami did her best to make up for our wait. More
