Although my salesman was great, after that I feel like it went downhill. As I was signing all the documents, they gave me the carfax with an accident and stressed that it was only minor . I feel like this should have been given to me prior since the car only had 2,000 miles and I assumed it was nearly new without issues. The keys had someone else’s grocery cards on it and had stickers all over the back and someone’s name. While signing the papers they offered the extended warranty on the certified vehicle and then when I told them what I was willing to pay per month with the warranty they tried to extend the terms of the loan in a sly manner. The guy who did all the financial paperwork talked way too much and too fast. Overall, I currently have buyers remorse. More

I purchased a new Tesla. Due to PA regulations Tesla doesn’t perform state inspections. So there was a 10 day countdown to get the vehicle registered. Faulkner Nissan was recommended as the place to go in the Tesla forums. Clayton in Service and Parts helped me schedule a PA State Inspection for the new Tesla in just 2 days after I picked it up. Service was prompt and timely. The shop was busy but they were efficient. I appreciated the help and the quick turnaround. FWIW, Clayton mentioned they get a bunch of Teslas too. More
