I brought my car in for A/C service because it was not blowing cold air. I was charged a diagnostic fee and told the issue was the Schrader valves, which were replaced, but that did not fix the problem. I blowing cold air. I was then charged a second diagnostic fee to discover the compressor was bad. On the same A/C issue, I would have expected the initial diagnostic to be thorough enough to identify the actual problem rather than requiring multiple diagnostic charges. I also requested a full interior and exterior detail and was quoted over $300. However, only the interior detail was completed. While I was only charged for the interior, I do not understand why the service requested was changed without discussion or approval. The courtesy car wash provided had little to no noticeable effect. Since the change in ownership, my experience with service has steadily declined. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. More
