While we weren’t ready to immediately decide on making a deal, I followed up with Marc later that night for a price quote. We then closed the deal the next day including a favorable trade offer for my XC90. Picking up our new XC60 was a smooth process with Marc again taking time to review many of the new technology and operating features compared to our XC90.
