I’ve been to 3 local well-known Philly area Volvo dealers for service on my used Volvos & not until I went to Faulkner did I understand what real good car service was. I was given a xc40 loaner while in for for service on my used Volvos & not until I went to Faulkner did I understand what real good car service was. I was given a xc40 loaner while in for service recently & suddenly realized it was time for a new car. I’ve always had several used cars that I keep forever and the last 2 were Volvos. Not only was the vehicle service department upfront and on top of everything, the sales department made buying my first new car one of the most straightforward and best experiences I’ve had in a long time, so thank you Faulkner Volvo!
