They are customer oriented and take the time to talk to customers about their concerns and follow up to make sure everything is fixed right the first time. It's great to have a place where I can walk in, get a loaner and be on my way in minutes thanks to Linda and Eva. I can get everything fixed at one place - my service needs, tires, body work, detailing and a new car if I need one. Their technicians Chris, Bill, Tony, Ed and James all deserve commendations for their professionalism and technical knowledge. They never disappoint! I’ve had my XC-90 for 18 months and have interacted with the Volvo service team at Faulkner on 4 or 5 separate occasions. Whether the issue was caused I’ve had my XC-90 for 18 months and have interacted with the Volvo service team at Faulkner on 4 or 5 separate occasions. Whether the issue was caused by something I did (tire and rim due to crater sized pothole), a recall or standard maintenance, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! Drop off is a snap, loaner us always available and ready when I get there, all warranty and insurance commitments purchased with vehicle have been honored without BS or hassle! I actually look forward to seeing Eva, Rich, Mark and Jeff when I hi there. They’re s great group to work with....and that’s not something I’ve said often in my 60 years of driving!
