If you have any concerns pertaining to your vehicle, the service tech will not only answer your questions, but will take you to your vehicle (in work area) and show you what the issue is. While my 2017 Volvo XC60 was being worked on, another issue arised and my main concern was making it to work on time. They offered me a loaner and I took them up on their offer. They worked with me in every way possible to accommodate my schedule, and I sincerely appreciate it. The dealership is very well maintained, and the waiting area is very clean. If you want exceptional customer service, and superb service in general, Faulkner is the place!! Oh I almost forgot to mention how they also call to follow up with you after the service.
