Hello, my name is W. Stamps. On my latest service call, I had an air conditioner issue. It was blowing hot air. Ron scheduled me right away. After diagnosing my problem t Stamps. On my latest service call, I had an air conditioner issue. It was blowing hot air. Ron scheduled me right away. After diagnosing my problem they informed me that it would take over 9-10 hrs to repair. I was provided with a loaner car. Upon completion I met the lead technician Chris replaced/ repaired my problem. I would like to thank Mark and his service team for always giving me the excellent service that Faulkner provides. I also inquired about an extended bumper to bumper service warranty. They informed me to see Spencer at the sales office. He provided me with some information on some plans and cost. I definitely will be returning to purchase a plan before the year is out. Thanks again for the great service that you all provide for Faulkner Volvo. More
