It was also nice working w/ a dealership that had a sizable inventory to choose from. I will say, surprisingly, none of the Faulkner staff we dealt, with during the closing process, exhibited any of the traditional strong arm tactics one has come to expect in the purchase process. As a first time customer, I am absolutely recommending both Faulklner Volvo and Bryan to anyone considering a Volvo in the Bucks County, NE Phila, South Jersey area. While always difficult to know if you negotiated the lowest price, I feel I got a very fair price and the positive shopping experience was well worth any small $$ I may have left on the table. More

My salesman Bryan Krantz was very friendly and knowledgeabl This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I’ve had some in my 68 years. My salesman Bryan Krantz was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. He greeted me as if we were old friends. This made me very comfortable and relaxed. That’s tough to do at a new car dealership. The journey began with Bryan finding what I was looking for and how he could best make that happen. Bryan found a vehicle he thought I would be interested in and we test drove the new XC60. I have to say he was spot on. He demonstrated and explained all the features and answered all my questions. After discussing all of my options and working with the Sales Manager Mark Lenny, we came to an agreement and I purchased my first Volvo ever. Bryan took me to the service department and introduced me to Mark the service manager, who explained the process when I should need it. Just when I thought Bryan could do no more for me, he handed me the stickers to attach my Easy-Pass to the windshield. Thank you to Bryan, Mark and Rebecca in finance for a stress less experience.
