So here it is. Review of buying a used car at Trevose Faulkner Volvo. The staff was excellent, from the GM(James Casey) to the young sales person(Charlie Hemcher) The middleman, sales manager (Anthony Pizzo) was a funny guy, but much more, a real leader. The young financial guy (Matt Slavin) was very knowledgeable with a excellent ability to explain policies . There was never any pressure. So I bought a Mini Cooper, on Saturday and was very happy, till everyone at home said ‘no way’, so I had to return it, I was not looking forward to it. But had no choice. Disillusioned, went in on Monday, and to my surprise, nothing but helpful, really helpful. All the guys, helped me pick out another car, making sure the price was the same, pretty incredible. So the highlights: the young man (Charlie) learning his skill, was a quick study and all the supporting staff assisted him, the GM very intelligent and guiding, the sales manager, getting the job done, and teaching, leading his staff and the finance man, just so kind, considering he had to, all of them had to, do it twice. So yes I’d go back and would recommend them highly, thanks guys. I’ve been to 3 local well-known Philly area Volvo dealers for service on my used Volvos & not until I went to Faulkner did I understand what real good car service was.
