I recently traded in my Volvo XC90 for a newer model. This was my second purchase with Faulkner Volvo, but my first time working with Marc H. what a wonderful experience. Marc went above and beyond throughout this process with me, even going as far as taking everything out of my previous XC90 and putting it in the exact same spot in my new vehicle, all while I was meeting with the finance department. Marc's genuine kindness and the friendliness of all the staff at Faulkner is the reason, I will be a returning customer in the future and will recommend this sales team to all my friends, family and co-workers.
