Unfortunately I'm going to have to give this ZERO stars. I have been doing business with Volvo for over 20 years and with Faulkner Volvo since the Burdumy dealership in Huntington Valley closed. I recently I have been doing business with Volvo for over 20 years and with Faulkner Volvo since the Burdumy dealership in Huntington Valley closed. I recently had both my cars ( I currently own 2 Volvo cars S60 and S80. My S80 that was being serviced at the Faulkner dealership had a few items stolen from my vehicle. I completely understand their policy that they are not responsible for missing items but I didn't think I had to EMPTY THE CONTENTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE because they won't be there when I get the car back. After years of loyalty to this dealership the manager JOE told me in so many words "Too bad, sorry for your loss." He was out right rude. I’ve been taking my Volvo here for all service and maintenance since they opened, after purchasing my vehicle from a different dealer that’s further away. Only 15 minutes from me, vs. 35 minute drive maintenance since they opened, after purchasing my vehicle from a different dealer that’s further away. Only 15 minutes from me, vs. 35 minute drive to dealer where I purchased. Had Faulkner Volvo been open when I bought my car, undoubtedly would have purchased from them. That said, since they took over the service on my car, I can say it’s been nothing short of excellent. Far more friendly, and accommodating than the original, and most importantly, more trustworthy. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the service department is fantastic, and I can only hope that the upper management of the dealership knows how good they are, not only representing the brand, but the dealership itself. Even on the rare occasion when I was faced with a major repair issue, the service manager, Joe Crostarosa, went to bat for me with Volvo Corporate, to have the brunt of it covered by Volvo, based on what was determined to be a premature failure. Kudos to Joe, and to Volvo for standing by their products. If you need your Volvo serviced, this is the place. If you’re in the market to purchase a new Volvo, this again is the place to go. More
