They are wonderful! They obtained the part my car required quickly, repaired my car immediately without an appointment on the spot and had me back on the road in minutes! Had it been a more extensiv required quickly, repaired my car immediately without an appointment on the spot and had me back on the road in minutes! Especially my service advisor Jeff K and Mark, the customer care specialist (I am giving him that position name) does an excellent job. The follow up call and email after the service is exceptional. In my recent service last week I had a concern after the service., The follow up call enabled me to address the concern and it was taken care off in an exceptional and satisfying manner. I truly recommend them for Volvo services. I own a 2016 Volvo XC 90. Even though I had few issues with the vehicle, the dealership service department made me feel worth the purchase of a Volvo, being a middle class hard working person to make ends meet. More

Great check-in horrible check-out First let me start off by saying my check-in experience was wonderful. I am a long time Volvo Service Customer but first time at this location. Ever First let me start off by saying my check-in experience was wonderful. I am a long time Volvo Service Customer but first time at this location. Everything was smooth, I came in for an oil change and I did need some additional work so they offered a complimentary loaner which was so appreciated. They explained the additional work that needed to be done and walked me over to the loaner. I left feeling great that such great customer service still exists. The car was ready by the end of the day. I went with my two children to pick up the car and as soon as I walked in the agent was working with another customer. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but it would have been nice if that agent said grab some water or coffee and please make yourself at home in the waiting area. I did not receive that welcome and I stood and waited and waited. Well over 25 minutes to pay and pick up my car. At one point the agent said “Did you have a loner, can I have the keys” still nothing in regards to my wait time, thank you for being patient; nothing. Than the agent went out with the other customer and walked her to her car. That’s great but you left me in the waiting are with no direction, for all I know you went home for the night. Never at any point did he say thank you for waiting. When he was still with the other customer and he saw how frustrated I was he did come and check me out. He made a point to say the other customers bill was 2K so I assume he was insinuating that since mine was only $900 I should have less customer service and interaction. I was appalled. Never have I ever had to wait to pay for my car for that long. This type of service isn’t even expected at a Midas and definitely not what you would expect at Volvo. Volvo Faulkner should train all their agents in customer service. I never minded paying additional for car service at Volvo because it’s never been a bad experience but this will be last at the this location. More
