Keeping up with factory recommended maintenance My Volvo is almost 11 years old. I noticed some spots under the front of the car which looked like oil leaks. I took it to Faulkner Volvo. The sour My Volvo is almost 11 years old. I noticed some spots under the front of the car which looked like oil leaks. I took it to Faulkner Volvo. The source of the leaks was found and a component was rebuilt. At the same time, however, I was told that my car's age indicated the need for a new serpentine belt and pulley and tensioner. I decided to have it done while the car was there. Although it's not an inexpensive repair, if you've ever been driving at night on an unfamiliar road and had your car suddenly start running oddly, your power steering and alternator stop operating, all due to an old and cracked serpentine belt which has now torn, you won't want to go through it a second time. Faulkner loaned me a 2019 model year Volvo for the day and a half that they had my car. The work that they did was great. They even washed my car. More

Wonderful service department I've been to Faulkner service twice. First time was for door handle welcome light issue. They gave me a courtesy ride to my work while they worked on I've been to Faulkner service twice. First time was for door handle welcome light issue. They gave me a courtesy ride to my work while they worked on my car. Even picked me up to get my car once it was completed. The service manage Rich at the time even told me to monitor a slight squeak with my brakes, which I had no glue about. The second time, I took my car in to address a rubber piece inside on my door and the squeaky brakes. They had already reserved a loaner car. The new service manager Joe noted all my concerns. A few hours later he called me and explained what they had done. And one of the things was addressing an Apple Carplay software issue, which I didn't even mentioned. Way to be proactive! More

From Eva- who immediately responded to my inquiry and sought to assist me - to Jeff who dealt with my vehicles issues - to Mark who explained all that had been done - my experience was top notch. I drive almost an hour to utilize the services of this dealership but the drive is well worth it. AND- in my new XC 40 - it is FUN! More
