The ultimate in customer satisfaction I recently took my car in to Faulkner Volvo. After owning the vehicle for over 5 years I decided to have a ding on the passenger door and some hood sc I recently took my car in to Faulkner Volvo. After owning the vehicle for over 5 years I decided to have a ding on the passenger door and some hood scratches removed. Not only did I get my beautiful black S-60 T6 awd in showroom condition the invoice was almost 20% less than the estimate I agreed to. Are you kidding me?
