They never disappoint! I’ve had my XC-90 for 18 months and have interacted with the Volvo service team at Faulkner on 4 or 5 separate occasions. Whether the issue was caused I’ve had my XC-90 for 18 months and have interacted with the Volvo service team at Faulkner on 4 or 5 separate occasions. Whether the issue was caused by something I did (tire and rim due to crater sized pothole), a recall or standard maintenance, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! Drop off is a snap, loaner us always available and ready when I get there, all warranty and insurance commitments purchased with vehicle have been honored without BS or hassle! I actually look forward to seeing Eva, Rich, Mark and Jeff when I hi there. They’re s great group to work with....and that’s not something I’ve said often in my 60 years of driving!
