If you have any concerns pertaining to your vehicle, the service tech will not only answer your questions, but will take you to your vehicle (in work area) and show you what the issue is. While my 2017 Volvo XC60 was being worked on, another issue arised and my main concern was making it to work on time. They offered me a loaner and I took them up on their offer. They worked with me in every way possible to accommodate my schedule, and I sincerely appreciate it. The dealership is very well maintained, and the waiting area is very clean. If you want exceptional customer service, and superb service in general, Faulkner is the place!! Oh I almost forgot to mention how they also call to follow up with you after the service. Amazing Services Department They guys in the service department at Faulkner are amazing. I live in Princeton and decided that it was worth the 40 minutes drive to PA because of t They guys in the service department at Faulkner are amazing. I live in Princeton and decided that it was worth the 40 minutes drive to PA because of the good reviews they have on Google. Rich the service manager was very gracious in receiving my 2016 XC90 after I had drive 16 hours and noticed some issues with the car I had just bought from an out of state dealership. Jeff and Mark also were very good about staying in touch with me about getting my whole leather dash replaced. I think they go above and beyond and truly care about the customers experience. My used Volvo now feels and drives like a brand new car after all the service, software and cosmetic issues they fixed. Left BMW for Volvo and looks like the people at Faulkner Volvo have earned my business for life. Thank you all for your amazing sense of customer service.
