Long story short the experience was very friendly and smooth all the way through to the end, and everyone I encountered was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable and no I was not paid or bribed to say this, just good people and very helpful. I was offered a little bit lower on my trade in than I was hoping for even though I used the "Instant Trade-in Offer" feature on their own website. The vehicle was a good price though so I didn't fight it too much. The only negative with the dealership is when it came to the extended warranty. We were interested in the life time warranty and were told we had to buy it right then. We didn't and shopped around a little bit at other dealerships (they can certainly sell you just the warranty) and online. We ended up buying online since it was then tax free. With tax it would have been right around what the dealership was offering it for. So the pricing is fair, we didn't like being told by the warranty guy that we had to buy it right then. More
