Amazing Customer Service! However Fayetteville Dodge allowed me to enjoy my car shopping experience. Ryan G. was an upfront, honest and professional individual who was willing to answer any and all of my questions. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. Along with working with Ryan G., I also was worked with Greg B. who also continued this amazing experience of buying a car. Greg made the pick up process amazing by making me feel welcomed and answering the other random additional questions that I was not able to ask before. He also assured me with the paperwork process and explained the terms and conditions to me as I asked about them. Both Greg and Ryan then followed up with me about my car purchase and continued to offer service information and advice to me. Overall, both of these salesmen made my car buying experiences a rememberable one and I plan to return to them for my future car purchase. More

He is a very personable, kind, helpful person and knows his stuff. He is patient and doesn't force any decisions on you, and gives you time to pick out what you want and really makes you enjoy your experience at the dealership. I would recommend Joe Yagan to anyone. I was there to start with because my 3 year old truck was being worked on by Bill Sheley in the Body Shop and was once again doing all he could to get my truck fixed after an accident and was doing a great job. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and was very helpful with explaining and showing me what had happened so that I had a better knowledge of the repairs that had to be done and how long it would take. That Body Shop does good work and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. I then had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Munson, the sales manager, and he was wonderful as well. He is the only sales manager I have ever met who actually comes out of the office and chats with you while you are waiting on the paperwork and bank to get your deal done. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot and wants to put you into something that you will love and enjoy. Mike Forster in Finance was also amazing, and he did everything in his power to get me a good deal on a new 2015 RAM 1500. I walked away happy and excited because I bought the truck I wanted and didn't settled for something I didn't want or need. The whole staff at Fayetteville was great and made my experience, once again, enjoyable and I will once again be going back there in the future.
