Best sales experience ever! I am writing this as someone who has been loyal to GM (my Dad is an employee) for 25 years). Due to my sons expensive hockey habit, I decided it was time for a van. I visited another Dodge dealership initially. They were too busy to help me, asked for my name, and told me to come back.... I started shopping online, and left various e-mails for the online sales managers. Greg Belzak was the first and only to get back to me. He was prompt, courteous, and offered to meet with me on my time. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Justin O'Connor. From the first hand shake, Justin was awesome. He listened to my needs, and acted as a consultant and not a guy looking to "make a deal". I honestly felt like I was dealing with friends, and not someone trying to sell a car. As the buying process went on, we were joined by a sales trainee, Amariah Pardoe. She was just as friendly, and made me continue to feel like I was dealing with friends that cared more about my needs, than making a deal. On the day of delivery, I turned in my lease early in the morning. My office is in North Syracuse. When my Dodge Grand Caravan was ready, Amariah showed up at my office, and drove me to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, my new van was completely ready. I had to finish up with minimal paperwork, and after reviewing my new vehicle features with Justin, I was on my way home. This is the 16th vehicle that I have bought in my 25 years of driving, and I have to say, that this has been the BEST experience that I have ever had. Thank you Greg, Justin, and Amariah! P.S. So I talked to my salesman I have had for many years Bob Saltzman. He was very professional about it and explain that I could get the same RT stripes put on the new challenger. Bob is not the type to beat around the bush about small or the greatest details. He just gets right to the point. That is what makes buying a vehicle a real pleasure. I was very interested in the truck. We negotiated a price and now the truck is located here in Ithaca. The staff at Fayetteville Dodge was very helpful, friendly and a no pressure attitude. I've been to nearby Dodge dealers in the past and it was one bad experience after another. Fayetteville Dodge is the ONLY Mopar dealer I recommend. We've purchased 3 cars through Donnie (he even got my wife away from Ford) and will continue to do so! More

Both Chris Henry and Greg Belzak amazed me and my family on how friendly and professional they were. Greg helped me get all the information that I needed in order to purchase the car and figure out the deta on how friendly and professional they were. Greg helped me get all the information that I needed in order to purchase the car and figure out the details of holding it for me (seeing as how I am in Afghanistan) when he could have just said “no we can’t do that” which a few other dealerships had already, and Chris went above and beyond what was expected and treated my family amazing. His actions were greatly appreciated and it is something that will never be forgotten to me and my family no matter how small he thinks it may be. It was not something that most people would do. Everything was taken care of before my wife arrived and there was no hassle, or wrong terms/negotiation or anything. My wife was extremely pleased with how well they treated her and my kids while they were there. I greatly appreciate everything that these two gentlemen did for me and my family. I would recommend them over any other car dealership that I have ever been to, and believe me there are a few, my wife and I have owned about 10 cars between Germany, Arizona, Georgia, Rochester and Fort Drum NY over the past 6 years we have been married.
