I started my online search for a new vehicle on a Monday evening and emailed Fayetteville Dodge for more information. Right away I was given a response and was told to stop in at any time, with my children evening and emailed Fayetteville Dodge for more information. I was also told that there would be multiple vehicles waiting up front for me to test drive after I gave the exact description of what I was interested in. What great customer service I was receiving already. I went in and met with Justin O'Connor with my two crazy children in tow and he set me up with a great Dodge van that was just the right price. We basically made a tentative deal that evening in less than two hours and was able to take the vehicle home with me within 6 days. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He had great people skills. He was patient with me and the fact that I had to take time for the kids and make a sale at the same time. He was able to negotiate with slightly and it was just an overall great experience. Even the manager (not sure of his name) was very friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience working with Justin and his crew and I'll be recommending Fayetteville Dodge to many people down the line. Thanks so much. Greg was the first person I contacted and from there, he assisted me in the entire process and once I was comfortable with the numbers, he handed me off to Jason. After buying a brand new 2013 Dodge Avenger from Fayetteville Dodge, I have had nothing but trouble. There was a bees nest in my driver's side mirror, the doors were not unplugged until 2 months aft Fayetteville Dodge, I have had nothing but trouble. There was a bees nest in my driver's side mirror, the doors were not unplugged until 2 months after buying it and I heard water sloshing around in my rear doors, all of my fluids were low, my car shifts hard, my steering wheel makes a rubbing noise and the breaks stutter. Not to mention, within 2 weeks of my owning a brand new vehicle, the tire pressure light went on and the valve stem needed to be tightened. Each time I tried to express my concerns, I was told it's normal for a 4 cylinder, or it is a quirk of my car. Each time I bring it in to Fayetteville Dodge, most of the issues are "unable to be duplicated." After taking it to another shop, my transmission fluid was low and they were unable to duplicate the breaks because of the snow. An absolute nightmare and my brand new car, almost 3 months later, still does not drive properly and I cannot get any help with it! Awful experience! More
