While working with Bill in the body shop he was aware of the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan b the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan but after that didn't work out he said the best bet was to have the part replaced under warranty. He was able to get the part ordered and delivered by the next day and I was in and out of there in about an hour. He was sympathetic to my problem and worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I'm happy with the fix and my experience with the body shop. Thanks again, Chuck Sniper More

We decided it was time to replace our previous Dodge Grand Caravan and Donnie Sommers, who had previously worked with us, knew just what we were looking for and saved us a great deal of time by preparin Grand Caravan and Donnie Sommers, who had previously worked with us, knew just what we were looking for and saved us a great deal of time by preparing for our actual visit to purchase. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and the day we were to pick up the new vehicle, he spent a great deal of time preparing the van i.e., setting up the music, Sirius Radio, etc. He also took his time when we arrived to pick up the van so we were familiar with the operation of all the features before we left. We will return to Fayetteville Dodge for service as well as future purchases. We also will recommend Donnie and Fayetteville Dodge to our friends! More

I worked with Donnie Sommers on the purchase of my 2013 Dodge Avenger. After several weeks of research and test drives, I narrowed my choice down to the 2013 Mazda 3 iSv and the Avenger. Price was a majo Dodge Avenger. After several weeks of research and test drives, I narrowed my choice down to the 2013 Mazda 3 iSv and the Avenger. Price was a major factor in my decision this time. There were plus's and minus's for both cars. I reached a decision to purchase the Mazda 3 which was by far the lower cost and had better gas mileage. Since I had purchased several Dodge Caravan's from Donnie, I called him to let him know I definitely was buying a car the next day. If he could match the Mazda price (which I did not really beleive they could), I would purchase the Avenger. It was a little bigger and to me a little more stylish Next thing I knew, I was riding home in the Avenger !! My dealings with Donnie have always been positive. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from him. He does a great job. I've only used the Service Department a couple of times and I've been haapy with the service I received. My primary reason for not choosing them for service is location. There is a service garage next to my work, which makes dropping vehicles off before work very easy. More

Well, old enough to have met a goodly number of auto service personnel through the years, and I can think of maybe a dozen people who can meet a complete stranger and, within a minute, make that stranger feel like a valued friend, having coffee at the kitchen table. Bill Sheley became a dozen and one. Without him seeing the car yet, I KNEW the situation was going to taken care of. It didn't matter that my rust was the size of a dime and not the whole hood and fender; Bill allowed me to feel important! When I get to be King, every service person in every business will need to take a training course from Bill Sheley. Respect him, value him, and treat him well. People will forget what you say, and people will forget what you do, but people will never forget how you made them feel. More
