Even though I wasn't happy with what ever reason it took so long for your dealership to get the car, What made me mad was, you refused to sell me the car once you got it! I had all the paper work signed, even my title for my trade. So I am glad now that you did, because I bought the same car (2013 Dodge AvengerSE 3.6 Blacktop) at a cheaper price, and was given a better trade in value for my car at FX Capera in Watertown NY. They had to get me the car from another state, New Hampshire, and it only took them 2 days to get it. Speaking of that, caught your sales manager in another lie about why it took so long to get my car. Your salesman took me what really happen when the guy went to get the car. The drive went to the wrong dealership first, then had to go to the right one, and I was told he slept in his car, not a hotel. These are the type of lies that make customers upset. So like I said, in the end I am glad this happen, I got a better deal at FX Capera in Watertown NY.
