Overall, Justin was great - however, for someone who had been in the business for three years, he still seemed uncomfortable explaining the product. For example, he took a lot of time finding things in the been in the business for three years, he still seemed uncomfortable explaining the product. For example, he took a lot of time finding things in the manual. Since he knew I was coming in, he should have reviewed the manual before I got there - saving us both time. He never explained that my day running lights would not automatically change for night driving in the evening so I got a few flashes from cars to tell me to turn my lights on. In fairness, I should have read the manual too. Overall he was very friendly and willing to get answers for me. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I felt like the "deal" was complete when I spoke with Justin but then eh transferred me to Mike only for him to try to see me a few more things like rust proofing (which by the way I got much less expensive outside of the dealer!) That was annoying. However, Mike was also nice and I suppose - just doing his job. When I got the wrong part (even after explaining in extreme detail what I wanted and why) I brought it back and Justin was not working that day. Greg said he would give it to Justin. Justin never called and it appeared Greg never explained to anyone what happened. Then I got a call from the parts department stating they now had the part I originally asked to purchase. Too late now! Overall this dealership was very friendly and I think that is a huge plus. I felt comfortable interacting with them and they were not too pushy. I have not had to purchase a vehicle for quite some time so I was very apprehensive about the experience. they definitely calmed me down. As for the vehicle - impressive for the cost and features - never thought I would purchase a Dodge! To Justin especially, you have a wonderful way of working with people so keep up the good work. I would recommend this dealership if you want a Dodge. More
