The customer service here is wonderful. I went/talked with 2 other dealerships before coming here and walked away from them because of pushy, egotistical salesmen! I found the van I was looking for onli with 2 other dealerships before coming here and walked away from them because of pushy, egotistical salesmen! I found the van I was looking for online and they had it all set and ready for me to test drive when I showed up that day. Before even pulling off the lot for the test drive, I was given ALL the ins and outs of the van. Ever button, lever, dial, and all about the engine. If there was something I wasn't sure what it was for, he explained it to me in terms I could understand and without making me feel like an idiot! The salesman was very nice to my two young children that I had in tow, also...you don't see that much these days since they aren't selling the child the vehicle. I had done my research on the van before hand and I feel I got a great vehicle, friendly service and the price was right. I will be going back here for future vehicle purchases! More

On our first day of vehicle shopping for a new or used minivan, we went to Driver's Village, a multi dealership auto warehouse and looked at new and used Chrysler Town and Country's and Dodge Grand Carava minivan, we went to Driver's Village, a multi dealership auto warehouse and looked at new and used Chrysler Town and Country's and Dodge Grand Caravans. Although we were not impressed with the customer service and was overwhelmed by the size of the dealership, we put a down payment on a used 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. We liked the vehicle and it was a good price with an extended warranty. We were not sure it was the right vehicle and traveled across town to look at other dealerships. After 8 hours of vehicle shopping, we came to Fayettville Dodge and Bob Saltzman met us at the door. We did not have a lot of time left to look with him because we had another commitment. We told him that we were looking for a used vehicle comparable to the one that we had put the down payment on. Bob quickly showed us what he had available and He said that the deal at the other dealership sounded too good to be true. He said to be leery, check into all the details and ask questions. He gave us his card and offered to help us if we decided that the vehicle we put the down payment on did not work out for us. We thanked him and left. When we returned home later that evening there was a message on our answering machine to give him a call if there was anything that he could help us with. Over the next couple of days, multiple phone calls to the other dealership and no return calls we decided that we wanted to do business with Fayetteville Dodge. I called Bob Saltzman and he talked with me about several vehicles that were going to be arriving. He helped us to look at different options, and we decided to buy a new Grand Caravan instead of Used. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Actually everyone that we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. They all worked together like a team! We are from a small town and liked that this dealership is not a HUGE auto warehouse waiting to pounce- They all took their time to help us make the decision that was best for us and our family. We are very happy with this dealership and hope that it is just the beginning of a long relationship!
