I have purchased many cars over the years from another local dealer. I went there as I had family there. There was not a lot of gamesmanship payed (none) and that impressed me and made me feel good. So this car I just purchased - traded the Jouney in on an Avenger I worked wiht Bob a second time. This is second car I have bought from him. No high pressure. NO games, just lots of questions, what do you like what don't you like what kind of deal are you looking for what do you want to accomplish etc. So Bob has done good for us.
