I was shopping for a new van and happened shopping with Nicole !!! Knowledgeable, friendly & makes car shopping a very relaxed & pleasant experience. I was shopping for a new van and happened to stop in at the dealership. Not having purchased a vehicle on my own I guess I expected to be met by my preconceived idea of a salesperson. Which would be someone who was pushy & out for their own gain without any concern for what I needed So I was extremely happy to be greeted by Nicole & her sincere smile. We went over what I needed & what price range I was looking for. She narrowed down my options & had a car sent from another dealership. Upon meeting with her again she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & was very down to earth during my test drive. I decided to purchase the van & She was very timely & detail oriented when it came to having the vehicle cleaned & paint touched up. She made the whole experience pleasant & easy !!! 100% recommendation can’t say enough good things !!! More
