Jeep Wrangler Repair Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler was towed into Fayetteville Dodge at our request with an unknown transmission Problem. After just shy of 2 weeks in the shop an Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler was towed into Fayetteville Dodge at our request with an unknown transmission Problem. After just shy of 2 weeks in the shop and several parts that were ordered and installed The problem was finally resolved. On this jeep we still have the original warranty as well as an extended warranty. It was determined by you technician that this was a corrosion problem that was not covered under warranty. This service which totaled over $600 could have been avoided with how the service is written up by the technician and the service manager. For a company that wants to keep customers they certainly are trying very hard not keep them. I would have to say this was a one time fluke but this is the second time that the way a service was written up almost cost. me. The last time I had to have my dealer contact the warranty department to have an internal heater core covered on a 2 year old vehicle where corrosion should not be occurring. as for my business I will be taking it somewhere else. So both my personal Ram and Wrangler as well as my 2 company plow trucks will be taken somewhere else as well as a new purchase of another plow truck will be taken to another dodge dealer. We have spent several years bringing our service here and I am not sure why we kept coming back but this will be the last mistake we make. Another Issue is the availability of a loaner car. We asked on numerous occasions on the availability of a loaner which was denied by Service due to loaner availability. It was discover now just 2 days prior to the return of our vehicle when we inquired with the loaner manager or whoever is in charge of that area that there were numerous loaners to be had.
