Our entire new car purchase process has been easy from the beginning. We have used Fayetteville Dodge Service department since moving here in 2005, and have never had issues. Our salesman, Scott Mitten, was attentive and responsive from the first phone call to car delivery, and has followed up since delivery to ensure we are still satisfied with the purchase, as well as to answer any questions we may have. This dealership continues to show they are customer driven, and aim to keep us coming back. This will not be our last purchase from Fayetteville Dodge, and we will continue to recommend them to others, both for purchases as well as for service! More

I'm dealing with Scott Mitten, Good Man. They gave fair KBB price for my car. I ordered a new 22 1500 Ram Lariat. I emailed back and forth with Jay first. He looked up the information and found out the pac KBB price for my car. I ordered a new 22 1500 Ram Lariat. I emailed back and forth with Jay first. He looked up the information and found out the package I wanted had to have E-Torque engine. The other dealer I talked to before offered me 3 grand less for my car, and didn't look up the info to get the package I wanted. He checked for the way I wanted to order it and didn't go the extra to find the right info. More
