Good experience. I have always dreaded buying a car especially a used one but my Accord was getting close to 90,000 miles and we were looking for a truck to tow a camp I have always dreaded buying a car especially a used one but my Accord was getting close to 90,000 miles and we were looking for a truck to tow a camper once my final child was off to college. Found the perfect vehicle at Fayetteville Dodge. Only needed to do minimal haggling to get the payment structure I could afford. The salesman, Jason and the finance manager, Mike were very nice. Good responses to resolving complaints I bought a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica here, love the car and our sales person was great, but the dealership said they detailed the car, but the inter I bought a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica here, love the car and our sales person was great, but the dealership said they detailed the car, but the interior was dirty just as it was during our test drive, even though they had a week to get it ready. They also never changed the oil, and its been only a month and I'm already due for an oil change. I called the service department and they said the oil was supposed to have been changed before I picked it up, they don't know how it was missed. They offer your first oil change free, but we have told them repeatedly that we live an hour away, and driving two hours round trip is hardly worth an oil change. They haven't offered to compensate us for the lack of detail work or missed oil change sufficiently. ------------------update------------------ 8/08/2017 I was contacted today by the owner and he offered to give us all weather floor matts to make up for their oversights. He was very friendly and apologetic. He agreed that giving us a free detail and oil change when the dealership is a 2 hour round trip isn't really a good resolution for us. They should continue to work hard on resolving customer issues before a public review is written, however, we are happy now. More
