Overall good experience We were very pleased overall with our experience this time at Fayetteville Dodge. This is the 2nd or 3rd Grand Caravan we have purchased from this dea We were very pleased overall with our experience this time at Fayetteville Dodge. This is the 2nd or 3rd Grand Caravan we have purchased from this dealership. Justin was great to work with and knowledgeable and helpful......not pushy. The only complaint is the condition of the vehicle when we test-drove it and when we picked it up. During the test-drive we found a fork in the van and it was quite dirty. Also, a scratch was found on the hood of the van which was obviously covered up with touch up paint or white out because I was able to easily scrape it off to reveal the scratch. Felt a little misleading to me. Justin assured us the van would be detailed and cleaned up and the scratch buffed out before we came to get it. When we picked up the van, the scratch had been taken care of, but we noticed some oily finger prints on both doors and when we arrived home, there was a sticky juice stain and crumbs and garbage in the consoles. Just a little disappointed in the detailing department. Not enough to discourage us from visiting for future vehicle purchases, but a little disheartening. Michael was very informative and just pushy enough to do his job effectively, but not "turn us off". He has a great personality and presence and was awesome to work with! More
