Service After Sale My wife and I, somewhat impulsively bought a used Durango. We worked with Justin. After driving on I-81 for under 5 minutes, we found an issue where the whole front end of the truck rattled at high speed. I immediately emailed Justin. He was very responsive, and set up a service time for the next full business day. The service team replaced ALL FOUR tires, at their cost, and gave my wife a loaner for the day while they worked on it. While I haven't driven it myself, my wife said it is much better. It's RARE that a dealership is this helpful after the sale was made. I will not hesitate to recommend Fayetteville Dodge to anyone. Thank you Justin for a great experience. More
