Long time service patron I have been a patron of Fayetteville Dodge since 1984. I have had seven different cars either purchased and/or serviced there over the years and have I have been a patron of Fayetteville Dodge since 1984. I have had seven different cars either purchased and/or serviced there over the years and have always had an excellent experience. 35 years of getting it right the first time is exactly why I would recommend taking a car there for service. Repair of Nitro to Eliminate a Noise Heard While Driving Will Young & Jeff Finerson had one of the mechanics at Fayetteville take our Nitro out on a road test to diagnose a noise that had been getting worse Will Young & Jeff Finerson had one of the mechanics at Fayetteville take our Nitro out on a road test to diagnose a noise that had been getting worse over time. The mechanic properly diagnosed the issue as being a front wheel bearing which was replaced & our 2010 Nitro now drives just as good as new. I have always been very impressed by the competency of the service department at Fayetteville and it is one of the main reasons we have been purchasing used Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles from them for over 20 years... Front Brake Repair & Leaking Tire Dropped our 2010 Nitro off conveniently after hours using the overnight envelope. Scheduled work to repair an air leak in the right rear tire (turned Dropped our 2010 Nitro off conveniently after hours using the overnight envelope. Scheduled work to repair an air leak in the right rear tire (turned out it was a rim/bead leak) and to have the front brakes checked as they were making noise. The front brake calipers needed to be replaced & fortunately were covered on our Chrysler Service Contract. The work was performed expertly as usual. In over 20 years, I rarely need to take my cars back twice for the same issue because it's almost always repaired right the first time. Anyway, what particularly impressed me is when I got an after hours call from Jeff to tell me that our Nitro had been repaired and was ready to be picked up the following morning. Much appreciated! disappointed I took my truck in for a factory recall on the water pump, and when i picked it up it was out of antifreeze. they told me the system had to burp and t I took my truck in for a factory recall on the water pump, and when i picked it up it was out of antifreeze. they told me the system had to burp and to just add some, which i did. it happened again and again. I took the truck back in and stated the truck was still indicating it needed antifreeze, and they charged me $253.20 to fix a leak they caused. not fair! While it was in there, I had them replace the fuel filter. It leaked afterwards, took it3 trips and finally a tow truck over 4 days to replace a simple fuel filter. very bad More
