Place a remote starter in truck First of all the staff told how much and how long it would take and then have meals date and time of my choosing. On the date I showed up early due to conflicts in scheduling and the person I deslt with wanted to know what time I needed to be on the road again. Then it was completed and the remote starter was installed. The person who assisted me gave me a complete demonstration and I was on my way again. Further as members of your staffcame through the wait area they enquire as to how I was doing. So I was treated very well and even better the service I requested was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back for any services I may need in the future. More

Worst Service Department in the Indistry I have owned many vehicles and have had service at a variety of dealerships. This dealership is by far the worst service you will ever receive. Poor attitudes, service advisors could care less about customers, and techs that have no idea what they are doing. Aside from the customer service aspect, this dealership is a dump. The owners don’t invest a dime into the place and it shows. Never again will my vehicles be serviced by this dealer. More

I scheduled my appointment through Justin and met with him at the dealership on the date of my repair. Justin was courteous, polite and respectful with me, which I appreciated. Justin estimated it would take 60-90 minutes for my repair, which was done in about 30. I don't know if Justin did the work himself, or not, but I would like to publicly thank him and the mechanic/s who did the work (if it wasn't Justin) for a job well done. I can always count on William and the rest of the service crew to get it done right the first time. If any thing should come up that I need to have repaired in the future, they tell me ahead of time so I can put some money aside to get it fixed. Fayetteville Dodge's service center has always worked with me and my budget. (Goodness knows car repairs can get very expensive). I highly recommend them, and trust them. Thank You Guys! Came to have an oil change and left with a new car..... I literally came to have an oil change- and walked into the show room to just 'look'. The charming young man who sold me my car simply came up and as I literally came to have an oil change- and walked into the show room to just 'look'. The charming young man who sold me my car simply came up and asked if I had any questions. I responded that I was just 'curious' about the new cars- I loved my avenger, but it was new in 2013. We talked a little about what I used my car for- and then went outside to look. We found this silver Chrysler 200- with some 'bells and whistles'- ie. GPS and leather seats- and I wanted it. There was no pressure- only an interest in helping me. Great experience! More
