Exceptional Service I had to have body work and a front alignment done after a minor accident. The staff found suspension damage also and worked with my insurance compan I had to have body work and a front alignment done after a minor accident. The staff found suspension damage also and worked with my insurance company to make sure my car was in top shape when they were finished. The staff at Fayetteville Dodge are very nice and accommodating, I was kept up to date every step of the way while my vehicle was being repaired. Excellent customer service!!!! More
Bought new 2016 Ram I was at the dealership for an oil change on my 2013 Ram. I ran into my salesperson and he told me of some fantastic deals they were making. I have never dealt with an auto dealership that is a customer focused as Fayetteville Dodge. Bill in the body shop took excellent care of us when our brand-new Caravan took out a deer. The service department has addressed every issue we've had with professionalism and a positive attitude. These guys are great. More
While working with Bill in the body shop he was aware of the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan b the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan but after that didn't work out he said the best bet was to have the part replaced under warranty. He was able to get the part ordered and delivered by the next day and I was in and out of there in about an hour. He was sympathetic to my problem and worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I'm happy with the fix and my experience with the body shop. Thanks again, Chuck Sniper More
On 8/13/13, I drove to your dealership to address an issue of rust on my 2013 300. I was directed to the body shop. I'm kinda old. Well, old enough to have met a goodly number of auto service personnel through the years, and I can think of maybe a dozen people who can meet a complete stranger and, within a minute, make that stranger feel like a valued friend, having coffee at the kitchen table. Bill Sheley became a dozen and one. Without him seeing the car yet, I KNEW the situation was going to taken care of. It didn't matter that my rust was the size of a dime and not the whole hood and fender; Bill allowed me to feel important! When I get to be King, every service person in every business will need to take a training course from Bill Sheley. Respect him, value him, and treat him well. People will forget what you say, and people will forget what you do, but people will never forget how you made them feel. More
On 07/I9/13 discovered that I had left the 2nd CD of a 2 disk set in the CD player of the 2001 Nissan that I traded in I traded on 4/27/13. I called Mr. Saltzman to see if it had been found, he said that t disk set in the CD player of the 2001 Nissan that I traded in I traded on 4/27/13. I called Mr. Saltzman to see if it had been found, he said that the car had been sent to auction and that it was doubtful that anyone would have even checked the CD player before it was sent. I thanked him for his time and figured at I was just out of luck. About 10 minutes latter Mr. Saltzman called me back, he had did some checking around and found that one of the service people had found it and put it in the lost and found. I am so impressed that he took the time to look for it and to call me back when he could just as well have done nothing and I would have never known the difference. That is true customer service More

We really felt as if they had our best interest at heart. After purchasing the vehicle, we noticed a problem that we wanted them to address and true to their word, they corrected the situation to our satisfaction, even though it was a cost to them. It is rare to find a business that truly puts customer satisfaction first. We dealt with several departments and found all the people we encountered to be friendly and professional.
