Thanks for taking the time to talk on the phone and coming in to meet with us about what transpired with your van. As we discussed we found out that Fayetteville Dodge did not cause your vehicle to fry, and that the original PCM/Wiring problem that happened before you brought it here was causing the vehicle to malfunction. Problems are going to start to occur no matter how good you take care of it when it has 140,000 miles on it. I am glad we made amends and left on a good note. Like we discussed in our meeting we will give you a great deal on any vehicle in stock because yourve current one is having problems OR we will personally send our Service Manager and trained Technician to your personal mechanics shop where you had your vehicle diagnosed and help try and fix the problem with your van.
