I researched vehicles before coming in to Bud Kouts. I found one I likes and was greeted by Ron when I arrived. I have never met Ron but we struck up a conversation. Purchasing a used car is on my, "what I like to do least" list. Ron was low pressure and answered every question I had. I brought my son back the next day to see the car as he was purchasing it. We had a couple of concerns. We struck a deal a little higher than I wanted, but the service was great. Today, we picked up the car. We signed the papers and paid for the vehicle. They filled it with gas, buffed out the scratches and addressed our concerns. This is a 10 year old vehicle and it is was restored to excellent condition. Ron is my kind of salesman. No pressure sales but answered every one of my questions. I had never been to Bud Kouts before but will certainly bring them my business as needed. More
