Cameron and Dan in service are awesome. I’ve had some horrible dealings with a particular salesman and regret ever dealing with him. Andy the service manager/director is very nice. And Marilyn is wonderful. However I feel as though some of my dealings have not been honest, fair or reputable with a past salesman. He did not treat me fairly at all and I regret the vehicle I leased and have since day one. He didn’t listen to me, lied to me and up sold me on a vehicle I truly didn’t want. So disappointing and disrespectful. He did not listen to me at all. :(. I will be speaking with Joe Rodriguez as soon as I can schedule an appointment. This appointment is long overdue and im hopeful he will be honest and a good man to speak with. He has been in the past and recently when I advised to give Joe a chance because of their misfortune…he was able to save the sale and make them happy. I was hopeful he would as this person had posted negative comments on Facebook. I came in to the dealership on Thursday of this week and Cameron was exceptional, polite, very attentive and kind. Dan Knapp is still my favorite but Cameron is a close second to Dan. Not a thing against Cameron whatsoever! Dan knows me and the history of the car. More

Altogether getting my car serviced is a painless process at Feldman, my only reservation these days is that it takes longer than it used to! I used to be in and out in an hour, now it's 90 minutes. I also appreciate that you've now turned down the volume on the TV in the waiting area so those of us who don't need to be plugged into a device 24-7 to be entertained can read in peace. More
