After initially bringing my vehicle in for a routine service, I started having an issue I wasn't having before. The service person told me to bring it back in and of course after running a few tests on service, I started having an issue I wasn't having before. Easily the BEST service team I've ever encountered! The Feldman team welcomed me / listened to what I needed to impart about my Sonic / and had me back on the road the next service day. They established that my transmission was actually NOT the issue, but that other lines to the transmission, as well as my oil pan required repair. At every step of the way, the team (Dan, Eric) relayed what the mechanic had found, which was a HUGE stress reducer. I've decided I'll always return to Feldman when seeking service.
