Update: Bill Fohey called me back and we found resolution to the above stated issue. As it turns out it was a matter of miscommunication somewhere between the techs doing the work and whoever prints out the invoice. Bill went above and beyond to rectify the situation and I appreciate his efforts. What set me off was more than just the thought of paying for work thats not getting done. It seems like good customer service throughout all businesses is terrible these days. Between uncaring employees and apathetic management, it makes me want to pull my hair out. In my opinon, Feldman Chevrolet does in fact have outstanding customer service and i will keep going back.
