Took way to long for the repair to be completed. There was more damage found on the car but not until 2 days after I dropped the car off. When I called I was offered a 15,000 mile service bundle for $108…when I got there I was told it would be over $300. The service was completed in 1. 5 hrs. The oil leak issue was found due to a failing oil filter gasket. No other service related complaints. However, I do want to talk to someone fur 5 hrs. However, I do want to talk to someone further at your dealership or at GM regarding a paint issue I have. It keeps getting worse the more I drive. The problem is severe paint chipping predominantly on the hood of my Traverse. I was initially told by your dealership that I was following gravel trucks too closely. I’ve been driving over 60 years and never had this problem ever. I currently have a 2009 2nd car with almost 100,000 more miles on it and the paint looks like brand new. I have also researched many articles on the internet the discuss the same problem I’m having. In fact, it’s with the same vehicle and same color, Cajun Red. More
